Injet spilt ev charging system
Injet HanYuan Distributed Charging System is constructed with a distributed approach, featuring a separate Power Unit that converts AC to DC to match the EV’s battery voltage. The DC charging power is transferred to multiple dispenser, with 40 kw granularity to adjust output power and meet any electricity vehicle’s needs.
Our proprietary site-level power sharing technology allows multiple power cabinets within a single site to share power. This not only optimizes the charging logic of traditional sputter charging systems but also allows idle power modules to operate at optimal power (60%-80% load), thereby improving power conversion efficiency and maximizing power utilization.

Injet’s Power Cabinet
Core of Injet HanYuan Distributed Charging System
The Injet HanYuan power cabinet features a modular, scalable design that enables quick and straightforward capacity expansion.
Beyond simple scalability, it supports Injet’s proprietary inter-cabinet power distribution technology, which eliminates power islands
and ensures your entire site capacity is fully utilised — not just on paper.
Paired with a dispenser, the HanYuan system delivers flexible charging solutions for a wide range of applications,
from passenger EVs and electric commercial vehicles to electric off-highway vehicles.

Injet’s Dispenser
The Flexible Charging Interface of Injet HanYuan
The Injet HanYuan dispenser is designed to pair seamlessly with the HanYuan power cabinet,
delivering power to a wide range of vehicles — from passenger EVs to electric commercial vehicles and off-highway equipment.
Available in both air-cooled and liquid-cooled configurations, it adapts to the demands of any site.
An integrated cable management holster keeps the forecourt tidy, reduces cable wear, and simplifies daily operations.
Application
Motorway Service Area
MSA operators face unpredictable traffic peaks and mixed vehicle types from passenger cars to HGVs. HanYuan dynamically reallocates power across all dispensers in real time, keeping throughput high and queues short during rush periods.
Public Charging Hubs
Urban and retail charging hubs require scalable infrastructure that grows with demand. HanYuan's modular design allows operators to start small and expand incrementally — protecting your initial investment while future-proofing the site.
Fleet & Depot Charging
High-demand fleet depots need reliable overnight and opportunity charging across dozens of vehicles simultaneously. The HanYuan system's shared power pool ensures every bay gets the power it needs — without oversizing your grid connection.

FAQ
Q1: What is a distributed EV charging system?
A: A distributed charging system separates the power conversion unit (the power cabinet) from the charging interface (the dispenser). Instead of each charger being a self-contained unit, power is generated centrally and distributed across multiple dispensers — allowing far more flexible and efficient use of your grid connection.
Q2: How many dispensers can one HanYuan power cabinet support?
A: Each HanYuan power cabinet can serve multiple dispensers simultaneously, with output power dynamically allocated in 40kW increments based on each vehicle’s real-time demand.
Q3: What is the maximum output of the HanYuan system?
A: By stacking multiple power cabinets together, the HanYuan system can scale up to 1920kW of total site output — all managed as a single unified power pool.
Q4: Is the HanYuan system compatible with HGVs and commercial vehicles?
A: Yes. The dispenser supports both CCS2 and MCS connectors, making it compatible with passenger EVs, electric commercial vehicles, and electric off-highway equipment.
Q5: Can I expand the system after initial installation?
A: Yes. The modular stacking design means you can add power cabinets as your site grows. New capacity is immediately integrated into the shared power pool — no downtime or reconfiguration required.
